Description

I am using the entity framework power tools to reverse engineer the AdventureWorks2012 DB. I am using VS2012 and SQL Server Express 2012 on WIndows 8 32 bit

When I do it I am getting the below error.

One or more errors occurred while loading schema information.
error 6004: The table 'AdventureWorks.Production.Document' is referenced by a relationship, but cannot be found.

Found this related issue https://entityframework.codeplex.com/workitem/1656

The source code still there: https://entityframework.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest

And as EF Team Triage said, it is just a matter of time, they will fix this problem later or wait a contribution from the community.

Probably I realize now, that the power tools beta 4 are no longer maintained? Isnt't it? In favor of a "tooling consolidation" (https://entityframework.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Tooling%20Consolidation) really? do you know how many features are you loosing with the unified wizard interface? the "ADO.NET Entity Data Model" generates a really poor code instead power tools beta 4 was much better. Maybe there's something I miss, could you please clarify to me the "ADO.NET Entity Data Model" versus "Entity Framework Powertools Beta 4"

but what about "Entity Framework Power Tools Beta 4" that has the same problem? I'm not talking about "Entity Framework Tools" that is already fixed, but the problem on power tools seems to persist
