ctor for the ArgumentOutOfRangeException is documented for the Portable Class Libraries ( but is not available in mscorlib.

Hi Thomas. I've asked the team that documents this area about the problem that you report. Their response is that although Portable Class Library supports this constructor, particular platforms might not. IntelliSense is your best guide for determining whether a specific combination of platform and member is supported. There are too many combinations to list them all, and each combination has a different set of reference assemblies. IntelliSense works directly with the reference assemblies and will give you the list of members that are available for a specific combination.
