some times I have a line that has error , in VS2010 I get some small red line under the code which has error, but I don't see them most of the times in VS 2012.

I had the same issue but found that this is an option that is turned off by default.

Go to Tools-->Options-->Text Editor-->C#-->Advanced

Here there is a section called "Editor Help" with three checkboxes ("Underline errors in the editor", "Show live semantic errors", and "Highlight references to symbol under cursor"). If you enable the first two, you should get the expected red lines.
