When attempting to connect Visual Studio 2012 to my Team Foundation Service Preview account I get the following error message:
"TF31003: Either you have not entered the necessary credentials or your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server at Ask your server administrator to add the appropriate permissions to you account."

Where do I specify the credentials? There is no option to supply user and password.
