My company is using TFS Service to do bug tracking and something broke on our primary project.  Whenever I click on any of the backlog items, tasks etc. The dialog window pops up like it would to show the details of that item but instead of showing anything about the selected item, every one of them give me the error "An item with the same key has already been added."

We have other projects on the same site and none them are doing this.  It is a real problem because we were relying on using TFS for all of our tracking and we have some people hostile to Microsoft and I would hate to give them more fodder.
