Description

After few hours of work vs2012, when I press close, VS didn't exit, but show me some MessageBox with a text:
"could not load file or assembly 'VSPerfReader.DLL' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found"

No kind of perfomance testing of like it was not runned by me.
During that hours was used mvc scaffolding, entity framework, resharper. Nothing speciall

I get the same error every time I try to close vs2012. (Microsoft VS Professional 2012, Version 11.0.60315.01 Update 2).

The following error is in the event viewer: .NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.5466 - Failed to CoCreate profiler.

Unfortunately despite our best efforts we aren't able to reproduce this issue. If you are able to narrow the issue down to a more specific repro please let us know. Otherwise we unfortunately will have to close this bug as not repro.
