Description

After updating azure SDK to 1.8 I'm not able to run our project properly anymore. Looks like local emulator creates IIS application in a wrong way using the same port numbers.

I have the same issue here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13288143/only-one-instance-works-with-azure-october-2012-sdk-on-iis7-5

My project ran fine from VS 2010. VS Express 2012 Web... nope. I tried multiple roles/instances, as well as loading the same instance with multiple apps. I also tried completely separate endpoints and ports, host headers, the works. Are we testing more than a hello-world scenario here? This is 100% useless when only 1 web app can run.
