Hello, we are unable to reproduce this with the attached files using the latest build.

You could try upgrading to the latest version of ASP.NET and Web Tools 2012.2 for Visual Studio 2012, which can be installed using Web Platform installer. See here for more info:

Please let us know if your problem persists and we can investigate further.

Did you know you can't upload htm files directly to connect?
