Hello, we are unable to reproduce this with the attached files using the latest build.

You could try upgrading to the latest version of ASP.NET and Web Tools 2012.2 for Visual Studio 2012, which can be installed using Web Platform installer. See here for more info: http://www.asp.net/vnext/overview/fall-2012-update/aspnet-and-web-tools-20122-release-notes-rtw

I uploaded a zip with a single htm file and a png file showing the problem.

Did you know you can't upload htm files directly to connect?
