Have team connecting to TFSPreview with Visual Studio 2010 .   Since 1/23 2013 EOD we have been unable to connect to the site (https://bows.visualstudio.com/ ).  Please advise

We have verified that the mentioned account is active and reachable. This seems to be a connection issue on your side, can you retry your connection.
