I disabled IntelliSence for c++

and when I save any file

the cpu usage of devenv.exe must be 100%(25% for my 4-core laptop)

with spy++'s help we can see a bug loop of WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING

I think this is a very big big problem that it causes my cpu fan working madly!

Thank you for reporting this issue. This issue has been fixed in Visual Studio 2013. You can install a trial version of Visual Studio 2013 with the fix from:
