We have been a WIF user since it's inception. We use it to secure our ASP.NET MVC web apps. We recently made the upgrade from WIF 3.51 to WIF / .NET 4.5. We have customers that want to federate with our ASP.NET MVC web apps using SAMLP. Unfortunately, .NET 4.5 does not currently have this functionality. Please consider making SAMLP support a first class citizen in .NET 4.5 framework as other vendors already offer SAMLP SDK integration (Ping, Okta, etc).

Some indication of where this has been implemented would be great, thanks.

I see that this item has been accepted. Will this be released in the release of the 4.5.1 framework?
