Description

My keyboard doensn't have a Break key, so if I want to cancel a build, I can select Build|Cancel Build. But I'd rather have that accessible as an icon near the menu bar.

So I've customized it so that the icon is added in front of the File menu option - but during the build, that icon is never enabled, so I can't cancel the build.

Also happens in vs2010.
