Sometimes, when running a web application project in debug on the local machine in a browser, compilation or activation of the site fails with the above message. The assembly name in the XXXXX placeholder can be different each time.

This SO question discusses the problem and the workarounds and also shows that this bug existed on connect but was taken down completely, which is bad form.

When you say "We have fixed this issue in an upcoming release." - which release is that?

Is this in Visual Studio 2013?
