It is exactly like another bug that has been reported earlier in January with another tablet:
"When trying to scroll the editor window, I have to click, and drag the mouse about 50 pixels before it actually moves the scroll bar. This is very annoying because it causes the scroll bar to JUMP 50 pixels once it does finally "un-stick" from its position. I find that I lose my focus on what I'm trying to view, making it very difficult to move a little bit and still know where I am in the code. This is particularly frustrating in very long files (1,000s of lines of code) because that 50 pixel jump equates to 100 lines of code, or more... meaning I have to scroll *back* to that space to find the code I was looking at."
