Alert filter does not work when using operator Changes on the State and Reason fields - by dudushmaya

Description

When you create a "A work item in this team project is changed" alert with a filter on the State or Reason field the Changes operator does not work and the alert actually work for any change in the work item.
The Changes filter work for other fields.

Thanks for the feedback! This issue has been resolved in TFS 2012 Update 3 and in the next major release of TFS.
