When you try to create an add-in with the add-in wizard (New Project, Other Project Types, Extensibility, Visual Studio Add-in), if in the "Name" field for the project you enter a name with a "." (such as "MyCompany.MyAddIn", when you reach the step 4 of 6 of the wizard, the checkbox "Would you like to create command bar UI for your Add-in" is disabled.

Hi Carlos,

Unfortunately we will not be addressing this iss. Addins are an old technology that we are advising customers to move away from. We expect to remove this from the product in a future version.
