Description

This is a pretty old bug, I think since at least Visual Studio 2005.
When I import old IDE settings that use the Num 5 key, those shortcuts are not restored.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, at this stage in the product cycle we are unable to address this for the current release as we are only taking critical and high priority bug fixes. We have copied this to our product backlog and will bring it up during next version planning.

Thanks,

I exported my keyboard settings from VS2012. Importing them shows the error from the bug report. One of the offending lines in the XML file is:
<Shortcut Command="Edit.ToggleBookmark" Scope="Global">Ctrl+Clear</Shortcut>
