Today,when i started the help viewer, updates are available. I clicked on update button. After apply update, all content disappears.

Yes, later, on the same day, the problem was resolved!

The team explained that a problem ocurred with the services...

Man, what a fright, documentation is the gold...the trading currency... :)

Thank you for taking the time to let us know the Help book service was down, and your patience while this issue was being addressed. On Monday the online service experienced a disruption which, as you have seen, affected the Help book service. That problem was fixed yesterday morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi, another guy is with the same problem and that start today:

Someone in the help team create a BIG problem to all users of VS2012! Remove ALL CONTENT, on every UPDATE!

How that is possible, considering that something should be TESTED before released???
