I try to install VS2013 on Windows 7 x64 SP1 from .iso file, but when i run vs_ultimate.exe i see installation windows and in 1-2 seconds it was closed with message.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This issue has been fixed in Visual Studio 2013. You can install a trial version of Visual Studio 2013 with the fix from:

I install IE10 and setup run complete, why you can't show message that's IE requered?

Thanks for reporting the issue.
In order to fix the issue, we must first reproduce the issue in our labs. We are unable to reproduce the issue with the steps you provided.

It may help if you provide us with:
a setup log file

You can get the log files with the following steps:
1) Download collect.exe from the link below.
2) You may choose to save the tool for later use, or to run directly.
3) The utility creates a compressed cabinet of all the VS and .NET logs to %TEMP%\
