When I create a brand new project in Visual Studio 2012 the New Project screen comes up blank. All the buttons on the bottom show up, but there are no template items to choose from on the left side.

All the drop down lists are empty as well, for example (Sort by, Location, Web location, Solution, etc.)

I tried the following commands with no luck.

devenv.exe /InstallVSTemplates
devenv.exe /ResetSkipPkgs
devenv.exe /Setup
devenv.exe /SafeMode

I deleted the ItemTemplatesCache and ProjectTemplatesCache folders, and that didn't fix the problem either.

And finally, I tried re-installing Visual Studio and that didn't help.

This is a brand new computer with a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit and Visual Studio 2012, plus some other software.

Is anybody going to help me with this issue?

It's been two weeks and I haven't received any response.

Thank you.
