In Visual Studio 2005, if one clisk on *.RPT file, it ones in the Crystal Reports editor. In Visual Studio 2013, it opens in XML, and Crystal Reports is not offered as a program that can open it. Crystal Reports still run, but apparently cannot be edited anymore.

Hi Rick,

I haven't heard back in a while so I'm going to close this. Please reactivate if you're still suffering the issue.

Hi Rick,

Couple of questions:

1. Is RPT associated with Crystal Reports in the Explorer (if you're clicking on it from the desktop),
2. Do you have the Visual Studio 2013 version of Crystal Reports installed?
