The following text line is not correctly handled by VS 2013 RC:

This line of code has 91 characters in it, but when you try to put caret to the last character, it goes to the wrong column. in this particular example it shows column number 92 instead.

This happens only when '-' character is used in source code.

This bug has been introduced since VS 2012 and it still exists.

Thank you for your reply.
Please try changing the size of all items to "Medium (125%)" in Windows 8 control panel (Control Panel -> Display).
You fixed the issue only for "Smaller 100% (default)" size of the items, but bug still exists. Visual Studio 2010 worked just fine with any Windows settings. I've also attached zip archive with the screenshots and description.

Thanks for reporting the issue. In order to fix the issue, we must first reproduce the issue in our labs. We are unable to reproduce the issue with the steps you provided. Could you please give us a screeeshot and VS setting?

Please export and reset environment settings file by clicking Tools-> Import and Export Settings, after that, please zip the file and send it to us so that we can conduct further.

Please try this (from a Visual Studio command prompt with devenv in the path):
devenv /resetuserdata
