In the new VS 2013 RC Version it´s not possible to create a search on a Branch with a "Find by Wildcard" or "Find by Status" Expression.

In VS 2012 it was possible to create a search request over the contextmenu in the Source Control Explorer. To reproduce the problem do the following steps:
Open the Source Control Explorer in VS 2012 and navigate to a branch. On the branch I´m open the context menu and navigate to Find and then "Find by Wildcard".

In VS 2013 RC there are the 2 items "Find by Status" and "Find by Wildcard" are removed.

It turns out that this is actually quite simple to do with a regular expression.
just use .* for your wildcard and check use regular expressions.
For example, I have some grids and I want to find columns with an attribute of Visible="False".
so a string might be: <telerik:GridBoundColumn name="name" Visible="False"
My search string would be: "GridBoundColumn.*Visible="False""

Thank you for reporting this issue. We've just released TFS 2013 power tools today and you can downloaded it from here:
I've installed it on my box and verified that "Find by WildCard" is there.

Now you will find 2 files the file "SourceControlExplorerVS12.png" shows the "Find" context menu on a Branch in Visual Studio 2012. There are 2 Item with "Find by Status" and "Find by Wildcard".
In the second file "SourceControlExplorerVS13.png" you will see the same menu in Visual Studio 2013 RC. But there are the 2 items are removed. :-(
