I have upgraded our TFS from version 2010 to 2013. I am mentioning details below about to upgrade TFS2010 and also mentioned my problem.

Server Preparation Steps:
•Install IIS and SQL Server 2012 - SP1 on Window Server 2008 R2
•Install SharePoint Server 2013 and configure default settings
•Restore Backups of TFS2010 databases(TFS_DefaultCollection, TFS_Configuration and TFS_Warehouse) on SQL Server2012
•Install TFS2013 and Click on Upgrade option in Team Foundation Server Upgrade Console window
•TFS2013 is successfully upgraded from TFS2010 and all team projects are visible with source control and history. Means all data is viewable in TFS2013 and migration completed from TFS2010.

Now I want to configure all team projects with SharePoint Server2013. Here I would like to tell you that in our TFS2010, we are using SharePoint service instead of server and it was configured on another machine. Now I don't want to use that SharePoint services with TFS 2013. I want to use SharePoint Server 2013 with TFS2013. For SharePoint Server2013 configuration, I have used the following steps.
•Open Team Foundation Administration Console and expand Application Tier Node and click on SharePoint Web Applications.
•Click on Add button and open the SharePoint Web Application Settings Window.
•Enter the friendly Name, Web Application URL , Central Administration URL, team project collection sites and Click on Verify Path button.
•SharePoint 2013 site URL successfully configured and click on Ok button.
•Then I click on Extensions for SharePoint Products and click on Grand access option.
•TFS Web Access URL successfully granted.

When I try to access my team project portal through web but I get the error on web page. I am unable to access the team project portal. Then I again go to team foundation server administration console and click on SharePoint Web Applications Node and then click on Repair Connection option. Repair the connextion to a SharePoint web Application window is open and I click on repair. Then I got the following error log during repair the SharePoint Web Application.

We have tested this scenario internally and we believe this is a configuration issue. We verified that this works in three scenarios: VS 2013 latest -> TFS 2013 latest; VS 2013 latest -> TFS 2013 rtm; VS 2013 latest -> TFS 2012 u4 (latest update). We're happy to work with you to investigate this further but we'll need more details on the exact configuration.
