Description

I've run into tons of bugs with your time / locale libraries, and am about to give up on them.

But one super easy one (which makes it clear you've done very little testing) would be:

from xloctime around line 521:
		case 'X':
			_First = _Getfmt(_First, _Last, _Iosbase, _State, _Pt,
				"%H : %M : S");
			break;
Your missing the % before S, which is why you get back an error instead of the number of seconds.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this bug. We've fixed it, and the fix will be available in the next major version of VC (i.e. after 2013).

Specifically, the parsing of %I %p %S %T and %X has been fixed.
