Description

Covariant returns using std::ios (which is a virtual base class) as a base return type that worked in VC9 through VC11 no longer work. The usage does not fall within the Nonstandard Behavior of 10.3 (Paragraph 5) (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/8z9feath.aspx).
