Description

Visual Studio 2013 creates a Start Menu/Screen shortcut to the 'Visual Studio Tools' directory (Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\Tools\Shortcuts). Previous versions of Visual Studio created a directory called 'Visual Studio Tools' within the Start Menu structure and placed shortcuts within it.

The change in Visual Studio 2013 means that searching in the Start Menu/Screen for the Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio 2013, for example, will return no results.

Using 'Pin to Start' means the shortcut is permanently visible on the Start Screen, which isn't ideal. If I use a shortcut often enough that it warrants being pinned, I probably won't use the Start search anyway.

The Developer Command Prompts are available as discussed at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms229859(v=vs.110).aspx
If desired, the command prompt shortcuts may be added to the start page by right clicking and choosing "Pin to Start" and afterward be searchable via Start Page search.
